Hybrid Flexibility
- Phone: A brief 10-15-minute call scheduled at the resident's convenience has shown the highest conversion rate for residents opting for paid services. Alternatively, this can also be done via text.
- Digital Ordering: For residents who prefer not to use the phone, a digital platform is available. We will discover their needs and manage them accordingly.
- Self-Service: Residents can choose to handle everything themselves, though this option has the lowest online conversion rate. Many providers do not offer self-service, so residents might still need to use the phone.
How It Works
- Step 1: We automate a report or use an API to receive information about any new move-ins.
- Step 2: We ensure that all necessary documentation is included in your leasing process.
- Step 3: We reach out to offer services to your new residents. While participation is optional, our nearly 4,000 Google reviews indicate a strong desire for our assistance.
- Step 4: If the resident chooses to work with Citizen, we review all available services and then proceed to set up everything for them.
- Step 5: The resident uploads all confirmation/account numbers and documentation from their email to provide proof of setup.
